Skyler Anderson, Contributor
Skyler Anderson is a hard-working student whose other activities include skiing, running, swimming, playing lacrosse and working as a waitress. She is ranked as the #1 skier at HB, and #9 in New Hampshire. Skyler is a considerate, caring and trusting girl who sees the good in people. Her mother, Melissa, is a private contractor and dad Charles owns a construction company. Also in the family are her brother Kalle and her cat without a name.
Skyler's interests include social sciences and mathematics. Her favorite teacher in the high school is Mr. Warren, who teaches Economics and US History with passion and enthusiasm. Mr. Warren is an understanding and funny teacher which helps make his classes much more enjoyable.
Skyler's interests in history have led her to considering colleges in Boston, perhaps to earn a bachelor's in education. A possible job career she is thinking about is a high school teacher or college professor. She likes feeling helpful and know she made a positive difference in people's lives. Educating the world's next generation is what will change the world, making sure our kids and kid's kids will have the skills and knowledge they need.
