New findings at HB

Recently, the Greek and Latin Club discovered an ancient coin that had been brought into the club for investigation. The club also holds other activities, “such as our Pantheon popsicle stick project, and also the Roman coin restoration project,” said Vanessa Thomas ‘19, a member of the Greek and Latin Club. The coin cleaning is just one of their many projects that help students learn about Greek and Roman Mythology.

“We can make out the letters "CONST" on the bottom, and this allowed us to positively identify it to the reign of Constantine the Great,” said Mr. MacFarline.
