Results from Tuesday – January 11th

The Unified Basketball team defeated Milford by a score of 46 to 30.  Scoring was led by Jasmine Cooutermash with 2 3-pointers, a finger roll, and a Hookshot.  Katelyn Heidel, Alyssa Bunker, and  Dante  Bergskaug also pitched in on the scoring end.  They were helped out on the defensive end by Jessica Eisenhouer and Kiyra Weaver Bartis who both had many steals in the game. The team travels to Milford for a rematch next Wednesday.

The Boys Basketball team lost a hard-fought close game to the Bow Falcons 59-55. Kaleb Popham led HBHS with 22 points, 7 rebounds and played Bows best offensive player tough defensively. Joe Mahoney added 12 points and dealt out 6 assists. Andrew Eckman also played well scoring 9 and adding 3 steals.

The Boys JV Basketball team won 61-37 at Bow. Y’arie Ramas, Colin Magnuszewski, and JP Torgersen led the team in scoring with 14, 13, and 11 points respectively. Patrick Cullen had a strong game as well with 9 rebounds
The Girls Basketball team fell to 7-2 with a 52-44 loss to Bow.
The JV Girls Basketball team improved to 8-1 with a double-overtime win at home against Bow. It was a great team win. McKenna Maguire had 12, Maggie Noble had 8 and Emily Tebbetts and Natalie Liston each had 7.
Games for Wednesday – Jan 12th:
The Ice Hockey team travels to Lebanon, dismissal at 2 pm, bus at 2:15 pm and game at 5:10 pm,
The Wrestling team hosts Portsmouth at 7 pm.
