The Ice Hockey team dropped their second straight in a thriller to Berlin/Gotham 3-2 in OT. Cavan Quinn stops 31 shots for the warriors. While Tate Flint unassisted and Paul Vachon supplied the offense. Luke Vella with the assist.
The Girls Basketball team defeated once-beaten Merrimack Valley by a score of 54 – 48 to improve to 8-3. Elisabeth Stapelfeld led all scorers with 20 points. She also had 8 rebounds. Cheyenne Colbert had a double-double with 10 points and 14 rebounds. Amanda Robbins had 12 points and Daniella Allanach had 8 points and 6 rebounds. Hollis Brookline plays next Tuesday at home against Laconia at 6 pm.
The Jv Girls Basketball team improved to 10-2 with a win on Saturday against Merrimack Valley. Ireland Stark led all scorers with 17 points. Defensively Maggie Noble, McKenna Maguire, Emily Tebbetts, and Julia Robbins caused many MV turnovers. Another great team win by all players
This past Saturday, the HB Bowling team competed in a 4 team meet in Lowell against BG, Souhegan, & Sanborn. They placed 3rd overall. Bowling well for the Cavs was Travis LaFontaine (168, 203), Rheanna Farquharson (148, 164), Abby Guay (130, 147), and Cassidy Krivis (148, 103). The JVs finished first after the individual round and second in baker. Bowling well with their season highs was Adriana Rosen (84, 136) & Chloe Gisetto (60, 100).
Games for Tuesday – Jan 18th :
The Girls Basketball teams host Laconia, JV’s at 4:30 pm, and the Varsity at 6 pm.
The Boys Basketball teams travel to Laconia, dismissal at 1:45 pm, bus at 2 pm, with JV at 4:30 pm and V at 6 pm.
The Ski team competes at Sunapee with the first race at 10 am.
