In the competitive world of the dining industry, establishing a strong connection with the community and creating a quality authentic experience is increasingly becoming harder and harder. Particularly in southern New Hampshire, Mexican cuisine has become a growing staple of the community. With large corporations such as Chipotle dominating the industry, local companies have struggled to get their footing in the industry. However, a few of these small local restaurants have grown increasingly popular with their authentic food and sense of community. One, in particular, has managed to stand out.

Baja Tacos is located at 494 Amherst Street, Nashua New Hampshire. Located in bustling downtown Nashua, Baja, as it is commonly referred to, particularly has a growing popularity amongst the student population in the surrounding schools and the community in general. Baja is known for its authentic Mexican cuisine, flavorful food, plentiful serving portions, amazing quality and warm ambiance. Baja serves a variety of food but is most popular and renowned for its Burritos and Burrito bowls which are packed to the brim with seared vegetables, a wide variety of toppings, and an abundance of select meats.

Baja Tacos’ reputation precedes them as they tote an abundance of positive reviews and feedback online and in the local communities. When you visit their website, you can see below the array of vibrant photos, and a 4.3-star rating, something not every restaurant can say they have. This high rating is not at all in part due to a lack of reviews, their 4.3-star rating is their average rating across 450 Google reviews many of which talk about the ambiance, quality of food and authenticity the restaurant brings.
