Student council elections moved to March

In past years, annual student council elections have been held in May, but this year, elections will be held on Wednesday, March 26. Speeches will be given to classes during Cav Block, and voting will follow during lunches. All though elections will be held this week, new members elected onto council will not begin their responsibility until next fall when school starts up again. The positions that students can run for include: Student Body President, Student Body Vice President, Class President, Class Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Representative. If you plan on running for a position on council, papers can be picked up from Mrs. Given, Mr. Woods or the main office. All paperwork should be returned to Mrs. Given as soon as possible.
