Results from the cross country championship and upcoming games

On Saturday the Boys and Girl’s Cross Country teams competed in the Division 2 Cross Country Championship. The Girls finished in 11th place. Kay partridge led the girls team finishing in 17th place and qualifying as an individual for the Meet of Champions. Madilyn Partridge, Lily Jackson, Megan Cramton, and Victoria Rezzarday rounded out the scoring for Hollis Brookline.
The Boys improved from ninth last year to fourth on Saturday and qualified as a team for the Meet of Champions as a team. Kenny Corsetti led the Cavaliers finishing in 12th place. Evan Simonds 17th place, Joel DeLong 30th place, Matt Hutchinson 45th place, and Adam McQuilkin 56th rounded out the scoring for Hollis Brookline. Congratulations to all!
Games for the Week :
Wednesday – Nov 2nd :
The Volleyball team travels to Pinkerton, bus at 4:15pm, to compete against Exeter in the semi-finals of the NHIAA Div I Volleyball Championships. Game time is 7pm . There is an admission fee of $7 -adults and $ 5 -students /senior citizens.
Saturday – Nov 5th :
The Football team travels to Windham for the quarter-final round of the NHIAA Div II Football Championships.Game time is 1:30pm. There is an admission fee of $7-adults and $ 5 students /senior citizens.
The Boys Cross-Country team will compete at the Meet of Champions to be held at Nashua South at 3:20pm. Kay Partridge will be the lone girls runner for the Cavaliers. Girls race time is 2:30pm.
Sunday – Nov 6th :
The Spirit Squad will compete at the NHIAA Div II Championships at Pinkerton at 10:00am.
Reminders :
Impact testing for winter athletes will begin on today during Cav Block for Ice Hockey,Wrestling,Gymanstics and Fall Spirit. Athletes will need the permission form signed and $10 fee to take the test. Teams taking the impact test tomorrow will be Girls Basketball and the Ski team.More details can be found on the athletic page of the school web-site.
