Erik Keldsen, Staff Writer

Erik Keldsen is a Junior at Hollis-Brookline and a new writer for the CavChron. When he’s not writing, he is actively involved with the boys’ soccer and volleyball teams at HB. Outside of school, Keldsen enjoys playing sports, hanging out with friends and helping out in the community. In the future, he plans on attending college, but he’s undecided on what he wants to study.

A Hollis resident is staying active during the outbreak by going running with his dog. He is one of many people in the community that have been spending more time outside due to the added flexibility of working from home. “If we can take care of ourselves by taking breaks and moving our bodies, I think we are going to see many people in a better situation and come out stronger on the other side of this pandemic,” said fitness teacher Tracy Gray.

The HB ski team practiced and raced at Crotched Mountain throughout the season, where they had a strong performance at their state meets.  “It was a great group of kids. It was a fun experience every time I went,” said Assistant Coach Milton Robinson.
