Julie Veiga ‘24 is a first year journalism student who began her work with the CavChron by creating video news segments. She is fascinated by all types of art, but especially enjoys working with broadcast technology. She hopes to pursue a career in digital media, especially editing.
Julie is in her second year of Nashua’s Video Production & Broadcasting program, where she hopes to become certified in Avid Media Composer, an industry-standard editing software. Experimenting with film & television has allowed her to explore her passion for broadcast journalism.
Julie is proud to have served all four years on the Student Council, and two years on the Community Wellness Ambassadors.
