Reminders :
For all those interested in participating in Gymnastics for the upcoming season, there will be an informational meeting at Gymnastics Village in Amherst on Wednesday, Oct 11th at 7:30pm.
Results from Friday/Saturday – Sept 29th/30th :
Friday night the Varsity and JV field hockey teams both earned come-from-behind victories against Oyster River. In the varsity contest, senior Jacqueline Hale scored three goals for a hat trick, while Sofia Barassi blasted in a reverse chip from the edge of the circle to shut the door on Oyster River. Rachel Cerato, Gabi Frugard, and Meghan Hill played strong defense in the 4-2 win.
The JV team’s scoring effort was led by Hannah Lapointe, Valerie Labak, and Lindsey Wood. Freshman goalie Devon Kuchta was solid in goal, getting strong support in the defensive end from Abi Blasi and Emma Elkin. JV won with a score of 2-1.
The Boys Soccer team improved to 6-3-1 with a 2-1 won over the Coe-Brown Bears. The JV’s lost 3-1.
The Football team improved to 3-1 with a 42-8 win over the Hillsborough-Deering-Hopkinton Redhawks.
The XC teams competed at the Coe-Brown invite with the Girls coming in 15th place and the Boys in 17th.
