Kate McElveen, class of 2023, is starting her first year writing for The Cavalier Chronicle. In the winter, McElveen is captain of the Alpine Ski Racing team for Hollis Brookline. In her free time, McElveen enjoys painting and hanging out with her friends. 

After graduation, McElveen plans to go to college in New England where she will study crime and justice. McElveen is feeling excited for her upcoming year in journalism.
