Businessman Rajiv Patel wants to reward students with high marks on their report cards with additional free ounces of frozen yogurt at his Amherst St. Orange Leaf franchise.
The incentive requires an initial eight once purchase, which includes the smorgasbord of toppings and sauces at the counter.
