The most helpful advice would be to start preparing early. If you put in the time, you can definitely improve and meet your goals. By washing your hands for one minute with soap and water, only 8% of those germs remain on your hands. “It is important to always wash your hands thoroughly,” said Wellness teacher Maria St.Pierre.
