The most helpful advice would be to start preparing early. If you put in the time, you can definitely improve and meet your goals. Khan Academy is a great free resource, because it will customize your practice based on how you did on certain areas of the test.” said Martin.

By washing your hands for one minute with soap and water, only 8% of those germs remain on your hands. “It is important to always wash your hands thoroughly,” said Wellness teacher Maria St.Pierre.
