The Girls Soccer team kept their drive alive, right into the Final Four, with a 3-0 win over a very defensively determined Stevens squad. Lily Bouchard (1 goal) got the game-winner just four minutes in, when she pounced on a deflection in a crowded goal area, made a quick cut to the middle, and finished sharply into the corner. Four minutes later, Paige Magnuszewski (1 goal) took a fine one-touch pass from Madeleine Boudreau, and patiently created the space for another low corner finish. HB remained on the constant attack for the remainder of the game, but Stevens put up a courageous and hardworking defensive effort, such that the final goal only came when Madeleine Boudreau (1 goal, 1 assist) buried a one-touch finish from 35 yards out, dipping just under the crossbar. Hidden keys to this game were the superb work of Sienna Anderson and Bella Balsama in the midfield, and constant attack from Sophie Warren, Sofia Walle, and Mackenna Maguire. Amanda Robbins again commanded a solid back four, in front of keeper Maggie Crooks.
