Results from Wednesday – Feb. 9th

In the Preliminary Round of the Division II NHIAA Girls Basketball Tournament, HB defeated ConVal 53-31. Elisabeth Stapelfeld had a nice double-double leading all scorers with 20 points and also leading the team with 13 rebounds. Maggie Crooks had 10 points, Cheyenne Colbert had 8 points and freshmen Sabrina Hill, in her first high school playoff game, had 6 points. Amanda Robbins, Eva Kelley, and Camryn Dunn played great defensively. HB plays next on Saturday at Bow High School at 2 pm.
The Ice Hockey team improved to 9-2 on the season with a 5-1 win over Pembroke- Campbell. Jesse Gertz leads the way with 2 goals and 2 assists. Paul Vachon with a goal and an assist. Also, scoring goals were Jacob Roy and Kyle Sanborn. Luke Vella, Alex Gertz with assists, and Jack Lager with two assists. Cavin Quinn stops 25 of 26 shots…
Games for Thursday – Feb. 10th :
The Wrestling team will host Goffstown at 6 pm in the final regular dual meet of the season.
The Ski team travels to Crotched Mtn. for an SL race at 3:30 pm, dismissal at 12:30 pm.
