Shannon Fitzpatrick , Staff Writer
Shannon Fitzpatrick is new to the CavChron staff but is very excited to be writing. Being a senior,she was able to choose classes that really interested her, journalism being one of them. Ever since she was young, she has enjoyed writing and is happy to be apart of such a great team. Aside from school Shannon is a representative on student council and has a passion for sports.
Growing up Shannon participated in many sports; however, gymnastics became her main focus until her freshman year. Currently, she is a member of the Hollis Brookline crew team. Since her sophomore year she has been a captain on the crew team and says it pushes her to work harder. Being a captain has really developed Shannon’s leadership skills. She hopes to continue growing her leadership skills and use them in her future life experiences. Shannon plans to attend a four year college in the fall of 2016. She knows she wants to row in college but is still unsure as to what career her future may hold for her. She looks forward to graduating high school and moving on to bigger and better adventures.
